We would be delighted to help you book your appointment. Below is a list of commonly asked questions and facts about our location as well as a short questionnaire. Please submit the answers to these questions along with your appointment request.

I would like to book an appointment. How is this done?
All of our appointments are submitted here. Please first review the FAQ's and then answer the questions at the bottom in the form. Once we receive that information and your requested time, we will respond with either a confirmation or a list of alternate choices. We only accept appointments Tuesday - Thursday from 10am - 3pm. And every other Saturday 10am - 1pm These are the only days we are open. We are an office, production facility and showroom, not a boutique. Please see calendar for available dates and times.
Do you carry the complete Leanne Marshall bridal collection in your location?
Not at all times. We have the vast majority of the collection, but some are special order or on-line exclusives and others may have been lent for trunk shows or magazine shoots. If there are particular gowns you would like to see, please be sure to let us know in the appointment questionnaire and we will do all that we can to assure that they are here for you (aside from online exclusives or custom/customized gowns).
Where are you located?
We are on the 12th floor of 39 West 38th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District. It is a doorman building which requires visitors to present an ID when they visit.
Do you allow walk-ins?
We are by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted at any time. We see one bride at a time so we are able to give her the undivided attention she deserves as she looks at our gowns.
How long are the appointments?
We dedicate one hour to each client. Depending on the party, this allows anywhere from 6-8 gowns to be tried on. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and allow you to re-try and visit the 2-3 styles you are considering.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
Because our space is cozy, we request that you bring a small party, no more than 3 or 4 maximum. From experience, we can tell you, larger parties make experiencing the gowns much harder. The opinions of a trusted few always tend to weigh heavier than the shouts of large groups. Unfortunately, as much as we love infants and children, they are not allowed to attend appointments.This is a working studio, so there are pins and needles about and everything here is delicate and light in color, making it far too easy for accidents to happen.
When should I arrive?
Please come no more than 3-5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Because we are a small location and because we see one bride at a time, we do not have a waiting room and we cannot invite you in until your appointment has begun. Should you or your party arrive early, please wait outside the door until the time of your appointment.
What are the prices of the gowns?
The Leanne Marshall collections range from just under $2,000 up to $9,000. The vast majority of our collection falls under $4,500. If you are looking for a full custom gown, they start at $5,000.
What should I expect at my appointment?
You should expect to have fun! Please keep in mind we are a showroom, not a bridal boutique. We are very laid back with a “no frills attached” styled experience. You are more than welcome to bring your own champagne, party favors, etc. but we do not provide them.
When you arrive, you will be given a tour of all the dresses and you will have the opportunity to try them on in a no pressure environment. As you try on the gowns, we invite you to be vocal about your thoughts. This will better help us find gowns that work for you and it will allow us to address possible customizations that might make the gown perfect for you. We believe that your visit to us is research toward your dream gown, for that reason, we concentrate on having fun and being informative. If you find your gown with us, it will be our honor to help you. If not, we hope you had a pleasant time and will recommend us to friends in the future.
If I choose my gown, how does payment work?
We ask for 50% at the time of purchase and the remainder when you pick up your gown or prior to shipping. However, you may pay the full amount up front if you’d like. Please note that NYC sales tax of 8.875% is applied at the time of purchase and it is not included/generated into the rates given or listed online.
Do you do alterations in-house?
As much as we wish we could, we do not offer alterations in-house. But, we have local tailors we recommend!
What is timeline once I choose my gown? When should I place my I order?
All gowns take up to 16 weeks to complete (longer if it is partially or fully custom). For your comfort and the possibility of alterations, we recommend coming at least 22-24 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you do not have enough time, we do have rush options available, but we still recommend leaving at least 5-6 weeks for alterations.
