Job Title: Front Desk Manager + Sales

compensation: commensurate with experience (hourly + commission on sales)

employment type: part-time (approximately 24-30 hrs per week, with flexibility)

Overview: we are seeking a part-time energetic, multi-tasking front desk manager to manage important vendor accounts, meeting with clients (brides), and facilitating in running the company in a smooth and productive manner. This is a very versatile position, and the tasks can vary daily. Some days can be easier and others quite challenging. This position is the face of the company and the first point of contact for our brand to the customer.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in business administration, retail or sales, strong customer service skills, and ideally previous experience in the fashion or bridal Industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, emails + instant chat from our vendors and clients in a timely, and courteous manner.

  • Updating order statuses

  • Create shipping labels/packing slips and provide tracking numbers to recipients.

  • Communication and coordination with boutiques, stylists and photographers

  • Hosting individual bridal appointments with clients: helping them try-on gowns, and selecting their wedding gown and follow-up.

  • Ordering supplies for the office

  • Providing operational support to the production team and assistance to Leanne

  • Ensuring that all agencies and contractors receive payments in a timely manner

  • Assistance on photo shoots and model fittings

  • Maintaining the showroom and common areas to be neat and clean

  • Coordination with marketing, press and advertising opportunities

Position Requirements:

  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities

  • Excellent Customer Service skills (with minimum 3 years experience)

  • Must have background in business administration or management

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively resolve difficult or stressful situations

  • Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced environment

  • Team oriented

  • Experience working on Mac OS

  • Must have some experience working in fashion or retail

  • Preferred: experience with Gmail suite, Shipstation, Squarespace and Google docs.


  • Background working in the Bridal Industry

  • Marketing, PR or brand development experience

  • Social Media managing skills

  • A great sense of humor and laughing at ALL of Leanne’s jokes ;)
